Jillian is a management consultant and facilitator who has been a senior executive in large corporations and a director of her own consultancy/training company.   She has had extensive experience over the last 20 years in strategic planning and organizational development, marketing and brand management, sales force effectiveness and sales training. Based on this experience gained through her high performing corporate roles and successes working with blue chip and small to medium companies, she offers a unique and holistic approach to improving company performance - both strategically and tactically.   


She can develop business, marketing and sales strategies in partnership with companies and then provide implementation and training solutions that deliver the results. She works in partnership with a network of subject matter experts and other consultants and training providers and delivers a whole service within a strategic framework or specific training solutions to identified company needs.
